What is Amazon’s discipline policy? If this is a first offense do they issue a reprimand? Or if it involves bodily harm does it require a short suspension?

Can other employees use this case to show that humans are treated differently in the workplace?  Should robots receive discipline which is used to correct bad behavior? What if other robots start to have misconduct issues?
